These terms apply to the TerritoryFirst website and to our services for residential roofing contractors.
Acceptance
By using this website or engaging TerritoryFirst for services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
TerritoryFirst provides AI search visibility, local SEO, content, and related marketing services. The specific scope, fees, and term of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
No guarantee of results
Search engines and AI assistants control their own ranking and citation systems. We do not control them and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Any figures, benchmarks, or targets shown on this site are illustrative of what we work toward and are not promises of performance.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, and approvals needed to perform the work, and to ensure that content and claims you ask us to publish are accurate and lawful.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency, and cancellation notice are defined in your service agreement. Invoices are due on the terms stated there. Late amounts may pause active work.
Intellectual property
Website content, methods, templates, and materials created by TerritoryFirst remain our property unless assigned in writing. Deliverables produced for and paid for by a client may be used by that client for its own business. You retain ownership of your brand, trademarks, and materials you supply.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform or receive the services. We will not publish a client's name, results, or screenshots as a case study without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerritoryFirst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the notice terms in the service agreement. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TerritoryFirst is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
